Note:
* - "life of printer" refers to the average lifespan of a printer (which is generally defined as approximately three (3) years or the number of cartridges it expends, although this may vary depending on the respective printer model, its usage, level of maintenance, and other factors.

Terms and conditions of program:

  1. This offer is valid only in Singapore.
  2. Each printer is covered by its individual package. Each package is allocated the specified number of refills over a period of 3 years ("life of printer").
  3. The program will expire upon meeting one of these conditions:
    1. Used up all of the specified number of refills for the package.
    2. More than 3 years have elapsed from the date of contract.
    3. The printer fails to operate properly before any of the above two conditions occur.
  4. Owners must sign up for at least 3 printers (any combination of packages) per location.
  5. Each contract will be reassigned to a Unit Franchisee to perform the required service. Owners may request for a preferred Unit Franchisee to perform the required service.
  6. Owners are to provide a new cartridge upon the expiry of the existing cartridge.
