Global warming is one of the biggest issue worldwide and many of us areaware of the consequences and are putting in efforts to save the earth. Inke, being one of the GO GREEN supporters, strongly encourage our consumers to recycle their used cartridges. Besides doing our part in saving the environment, here are more reasons why Inke can benefit you: Machine Refilling Vs Manual RefillingInke proprietary inkjet refilling machines minimise the tampering of the original cartridges. We make use of vacuum technology to extract air from the cartridge sponge before refilling. When air is removed from the sponge, its enables maximum ink to be absorbed by the sponge in the cartridge. Manual Refilling involves syringe injection and tampering of the Original cartridge. Users who are not experienced with manual refilling will damage their cartridge by puncturing unnecessary holes to the cartridge. As a result, the cartridge will not be fully refilled due to air trapped within the sponge.
Manual Inkjet Refilling Kit
Typical scenario of air trap in cartridge in a manually refilled cartridge Conclusion: Consumers refilling with our proprietarymachine is able to get more and better quality printouts and can refill their Cartridge more times then using manual refilling. Original Cartridges Vs Compatible Cartridges Original cartridges are designed with accurate dimensions and original designed circuitry. On the other hand, compatible cartridges are manufactured based on the design and dimension of the originals. Poor and/or inconsistent print quality often occur due to incompatibility of the circuitry between the printer and the compatible cartridge. For some compatible cartridges, inferior materials such as non-absorbing ink sponge is used. This may result in ink leakage from the cartridge thus clogging the print head leading todamage to the printer.
Ink leakage from a compatible cartridge due to inferior quality sponge. Conclusion: Although compatible cartridges help to save costs, it may lead to circuitry printing problems and printer damages. Also, buying compatible cartridges does not help in saving the environment. We hope the above tips will help you to make a wiser choice before purchasing or refilling a cartridge. |
